To cook just add 2 tablespoons of Ewedu powder to 250mls of hot water in a pot and stir until it thickens on meduium heat. Or add 2 tablespoons of Ewedu in a bowl with 150mls hot water, stir and and pop in microwave for 1 minute.
To drink as a raw drink add half a teaspoon of Ewedu powder to 50mls of water or juice in a cup stir and drink straight away
